How does Textillion pricing work?
You pay a fixed platform fee based on your plan (Launch, Growth, or Scale) plus carrier pass-through fees for each SMS sent. Pricing is usage-based and billed monthly, with discounts available for annual commitments and high-volume contracts.
Which countries and carriers do you support?
Textillion supports messaging in 180+ countries through a network of carefully vetted carriers and direct connections. Coverage and pricing may vary by country and route; our team will help you configure the right setup for your primary regions.
Can I migrate from my existing SMS provider?
Yes. Our onboarding specialists can help you migrate templates, contact lists, and key workflows from providers like Twilio, MessageBird, or local carriers. We’ll also assist with sender ID registration where required.
Do you offer two-way messaging and short codes?
Two-way messaging is available on Growth and Scale plans in supported countries. Dedicated short codes, long codes, and branded sender IDs can be provisioned depending on local regulations and your use case.
